Colfax Place is a seven story downtown elevator building. The first floor is commercial, and six floors will hold either one or two condos each. Three floorplans area available: the 1,544 sq ft “Madison,” the 2,122 sq ft “LaSalle” and the 3,780 sq ft, full floor “Madison.”
