Stadium Village is a high-end development of 13 condos near the southeast edge of Notre Dame’s campus. The first building of six condos is scheduled for completion by August 2008, and construction on the second building of seven condos should begin after four units are sold in the first building.
Condos will reportedly be priced between from about $300,000 to above $400,000 and will be 1,800 - 2,800 square feet with a basement. They will be gated and some should have Notre Dame views.
